This is where you can directly support many of the producer's that I work closely with on a regular basis! All products are updated regularly and only ship to you if you live within the region of that producer. A region in this case is defined as within the borders of a state (in the case of the USA) or country (ex. Portugal), up to 600 kilometers (375 miles) away from the producer. This is to ensure cooperation with harmonious food system values, thus resulting in you receiving the product at peak quality as it is intended to be consumed.
